At The Moonlit Hollow, every item is crafted and curated with intention, care, and magick. We want you to love your purchase as much as we loved bringing it to life. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
• Due to the nature of ritual tools, oils, teas, and other consumable or personal items, these products cannot be returned for safety and hygienic reasons.
• Sale items, digital downloads, and gift cards are final sale.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Exchanges

We can only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. If you’d like a different product, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
