Wait until the day has loosened its grip. Light a candle. Set your abalone shell on a fireproof surface and arrange your stones inside it. Light the palo santo and walk it slowly through your space, asking the heaviness to leave. Light a charcoal disc inside a fireproof vessel and let it ash over (a minute or two). Drop a pinch of the lavender + calendula blend or a few grains of copal onto the disc. Hold your moonstone in one palm and your amethyst in the other. Then say what you came to say, or stay quiet and let the moon say it for you.
